Kaseya, a leading supplier of unified IT management and security software, published the findings of its current innovation cycle earlier today. The company typically targets managed service providers (MSPs) and small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs), and they had a strong first quarter. This includes enhancements to the company’s IT Complete suite of solutions, which aims to assist IT professionals as they juggle cybersecurity, compliance, and remote workforce management requirements in this rapidly changing industry.
Kaseya is charging forward with its target of hiring over 1,000 individuals internationally by the end of the year, with 500 of those roles centered at the company’s Miami headquarters. Kaseya is extending its Miami presence with 64,716 square feet of cutting-edge building space and earlier this year launched a new office in Krakow, Poland to boost its R&D footprint. Kaseya has formed university relationships with institutions such as Florida International University to guarantee students have the skills necessary to succeed in the technology business. Kaseya has established the Grow Your Own initiative to assist new recruits internationally via educational programmes, mentoring, and leadership development.
“While 2022 has brought significant opportunities due to the need for cloud migration and hybrid workforce management, MSPs and SMBs are stretched thin as they manage IT environments that are growing in complexity—all while dealing with supply chain issues and a hyper-competitive job market that has made staffing a significant challenge,” said Fred Voccola, CEO of Kaseya. “With our newest features and integrations, we’ve made our IT Complete suite of solutions even more robust—allowing IT technicians to cut down on wasted time and more efficiently protect and manage their entire IT environment.”

One of the company’s initial product and integration advancements is unified RMM, which assists with Azure Discovery. Noting that with the latest release of VSA, customers can now automatically discover virtual machines, SQL instances, cloud services, application services, and load balancers within Azure, as well as manage and monitor Azure virtual machines automatically — making public cloud monitoring even easier.
A second upgrade is to its award-winning compliance product, Compliance Manager GRC, which now enables MSPs and SMBs to conduct a single assessment for numerous standards ranging from CMMC and HIPAA to the EU and UK GDPR. Additionally, Compliance Manager GRC enables IT workers to develop custom standards that conform to cyber insurance plans, internal IT needs, and more. Key governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) elements such as vendor risk management, IT policy attestation, and security awareness training and monitoring are now included in the solution.
Additionally, IT Glue’s Automated Account Backup feature has been enhanced: technicians may now export account data automatically to guarantee their documentation is always accessible, with the opportunity to alter the backup cycle to match particular compliance laws or organizational demands.
